Life is hard. Being human is hard. Holidays and times of celebration can be hard for many- loss, grief, change, family dynamics, breakups, illness, etc. Life includes difficult times and difficult situations…it’s a natural part of the process, the path, the way. These times do NOT mean things are wrong or that you have done something wrong. Reminder during challenge- Be gentle with yourself and others- Be patient with yourself and others- Be kind to yourself and others- Give yourself permission to pause from everyone/everything, LOVE yourself all the way through the process, AND keep choosing LOVE.
