Today didn’t turn out as I expected. It wasn’t an easy day. Yet joy came when I watched a wild rabbit nibble on a dandelion. I listened to my cat snore. The trees felt greener under a greyish sky. Dinner was warm and just right. While today was a bit too much, I found ways to soften the blows and tend to the nooks and crannies. I added grace. And somehow, I’m sitting here and smiling.
