how I settle into a daydream…

inquiry for today~ and this too is part of the whole…

wise action…

The endless tasks exhaust me

till I have no choice but to move 

at the pace of what is real.

And something opens in my 

heart as the feel of just being here 

shows me the stepping stones, 

one at a time.

I feel such relief and it occurs 

to me that this is now a way to 

live: step by step, truth by truth, 

not rushing ahead

or turning back.

Surprised, I meet others slowly 

on the way. And we who have 

awakened are dancers with 

no stage, happy to discover 

the steps as we go.
