Let me tell you a secret that your heart already knows. Joy is found in what makes you smile. Simple comforts allow you to breathe. You notice a flower bloom, and when the trees lose their leaves. The way the moon winks. A walk in the woods. Your first cup of morning coffee (or tea). The balance of ebb and flow that hums with you by the sea.
