There is a tension at the center of every life
between what we are
We seek wholeness
while moving through division,
and it is here,
in the ache,
that understanding begins.
Life does not ask us to be free of struggle,
only to be willing to meet it,
to let each fracture
become a doorway inward.
We are not meant to resolve ourselves;
only to deepen,
to grow slowly toward what frightens us,
to love what does not yet make sense.
We are not here to escape
but to encounter ourselves fully,
to listen to the many voices within
until they speak with one heart.
And perhaps this is our task:
to inhabit life so fully
that even sorrow feels heard
and every longing knows
it has been received,
and everything moves,
without hurry,
toward its own understanding.

forgiving the impossible…
inquiry for today~ from the heart of goodness…begin there…
We don’t have to pretend to be fine when we are not.
We don’t need to push through and be strong.
Gratitude is a soft landing place that requires us to be
honest, open, and willing to look at everything we’re facing and not turn away.
