There are, it seems, two muses: the Muse of Inspiration, who gives us inarticulate visions and desires, and the Muse of Realization, who returns again and again to say, ‘It is yet more difficult than you thought.’ This is the muse of form. It may be then that form serves us best when it works as an obstruction, to baffle us and deflect our intended course. It may be that when we no longer know what to do, we have come to our real work and when we no longer know which way to go, we have begun our real journey. The mind that is not baffled is not employed. The impeded stream is the one that sings…..Wendell Berry
there is always time to begin again, to lean into the mythic, to feel the wild wood surround us…..when we are lost, a new rhythm finds us……your world, my world, their world all collide and we suddenly understand that harmony is not really about harmony, but about being real…..
~Life is a matter of passion. To be in love with the world is to be open and fearless, to welcome adventure and to be a person who says Yes to what comes.
~Yes is the most dangerous word in the dictionary and the most important word in my life.
~It took courage to reinvent myself over and over, and to turn out to be this person with this life.
~What we remember is true and yet is only what we remember. So it can never be the whole truth.
~I use my intuition and experience. I never go out and look for a photograph. I never plan deliberately. My intellect is not allowed to interfere. It is a completely natural process. I am always surprised when the essence of something finds me.
….Ruth Bernhard
Memories are just stories, and what we choose to do with the stories is up to us. They can hold you back or motivate you forward.
We are the creators of our life, with the understanding that when we are in the flow with the Universe, life is more fun though we may not have total control of what is ahead. Respecting the journey and those on it is the best way to assure more beautiful magic is ahead of you.
Respect the soul’s journey and the adventure can decide if your life is a success and whether the stories are worth looking at again.
We only have to be willing to look at what we have created and the results of those creations. Are they from the ego or from the heart?
What seems true may not be the whole truth, just the perception we are choosing to allow and accept.
Look with both your heart and eyes wide open, and embrace life while it is still available, with that beautiful smile of yours.

Love this part particularly: Harmony is not about harmony, but about being real.
In my experience when we are coming from our “real” selves, we connect……at our core, we are one.
there is always this point when we realize how challenging “it” all may be or will be….this is the vulnerable space of being with “it” all……Yes, oh yes, “coming from our real selves”……this is the dance….beautiful Eileen…..
I love this….the reminder that normal is reinvented every day, with each new ‘best’ sunrise. We look to find our place, and it finds us, as we find ourselves, always the same though better. Sometimes, it seems the rock we stumble over is part of a greater plan – that we might know the sweet smell that is moss. ~ Always with love, Bobbie
wisdom may be strongly linked to holding all of our stories with great care…..especially the hard ones…we synchronize our place and grow toward wholeness…..may your feet touch that green moss today Bobbie…..
