Welcoming everything, push nothing away is neither a foolish nor an idealistic invitation. On the contrary, it is eminently practical. Accepting life as is means that we make peace with things as they are rather than trying to force them to be the way we want them to be (and getting frustrated that we can’t). Instead of spinning a stern that we then try to live into, we open to the way things are and accept that we are completely human.
Awareness gives us the possibility to know and understand, and this means we have the possibility to find happiness and freedom.

inquiry for today~ who is the one who knows?
Reality is what we take to be true. What we take to be true is what we believe. What we believe is based upon our perceptions. What we perceive depends upon what we look for. What we look for depends on what we think. What we think depends on what we perceive. What we perceive determines what we believe. What we believe determines what we take to be true. What we take to be true is our reality.
