for my true home

I need a break from all the noise.

I want to breathe clean air and swim in

clean water. I want to sit on the porch

of an old cabin and listen to the stillness. I want to be out where things

are simple and every breath is a

reminder that there is still beauty and

magic left in this world.

~Brooke Hampton

I feel alive when I’m most at home…

inquiry for today~ nesting today….

calling home

deeply,

he bowed,

touching

the ground,

before him

who was

sitting

motionlessly,

whose smile

reminded him

of everythign

he had ever

loved

in his life,

what had ever

been valuable

and holy

to him

in his life.

~Herman Hesse
