
Difficult emotions can be a path to awakening. When we make space for each emotion to arise without judgement, we allow ourselves to feel fully the spectrum of human emotion. We are never alone as we’ll experience nerves, doubt, despair. Every single one of us. When you are in the midst of a more difficult emotion, remind yourself it is ok. Treat yourself as you would a child. Give yourself permission to express yourself freely.
