forgiveness, for real

When we brought Zuzu to the Shaman vet,

the one who does acupuncture, he held his head to hers and said,

“She’s had trauma.” Then, he adjusted her back and neck and laid his hands on her heart.

Why can’t we do this for each other? Just hold one another,

head to head, to receive the truth of all we’ve been through.

Why can’t we adjust what we find way inside

and rest our hands on each other’s heart?

~Mark Nepo

many hearts align within me….

inquiry for today~ say your truth and allow love….

forgiveness again….

How do we learn to see

and to appreciate

through eyes of love?
