The Chaos of Your Groove

When do you know you’re in a groove? A really great seemingly seamless flow…..all is settled and right with the world….you’re ‘accomplishing’…..nothing is nagging…..a little daydreaming is soothing your day…

Is this happiness?

Is it the grand vista that stops us?

sweeping, ethereal, surreal (complacency too....)

Or is it the minutiae which draws us in to notice and appreciate?

mysterious, delicate, fleeting (painfully, beautifully aware)

Do we know how we are dragged from moment to moment, thought to action, value to behavior?

Do we know what makes our heart ache with that little smidge of sweetness?

Maybe our fleeting glimpse into our day  becomes the groove, the flow, the knowing?

Is this too simple?

soft and round and real and here and now

under tightness, under movement, under autumn…….

open heart,

open shadow

open gifts…….

my beautiful & mundane life...how does yours look and feel and appear?...unexpectedly!

Don’t forget to notice the minute by minute mundane in your life. You might find a surprise or two (did you notice we’re back where we started?)

  1. Love it!!
We are often lost in the “big picture” we don’t pay attention to the beautiful details. The small things that happen in a fraction of a second. A soft touch, a whisper, a leaf falling on the surface of the water, a wink, a smile, a breath of fresh air.
That is beauty. If we learn to appreciate this, we might attain the happiness we seek,

    • Oh thank you, yes. ‘a wink, a breath of fresh air……’ the subtleties, dualities, and miniscule details……wonderful ode to the tribe that ‘sees’……
