entering into grace with bare feet & wonderment

serenity now

Let us be mystics, fed from the silent language, the uncontrived, the untrammeled dialogue absorbed in our marrow. May we walk as chosen ones, in the Tao of our deeper existence, beholding our lives as our own miracle, in dialogue with the Divine. To be friends with the Unknown is to rest as easily on our trapeze, our gossamer connection, as on the Earth…..Carolyn Kleefeld

to just stop for a moment & witness what is here, right in front of us…to just stop & allow life for a moment…a powerful practice of sweetening the space for grace to unfold….

All you have to do is stop expecting the mind to fix what’s wrong inside of you. That is the core, the root of it all. Your mind is not the guilty party. You are the one who is trying to use the analytical mind to protect yourself from the natural unfolding of life. When you see the mind telling you how to fix the world and everyone in it in order to suit yourself, just don’t listen. The key is to be quiet. It’s not that your mind has to be quiet. You be quiet. Persistently centered consciousness is the seat of Self. There is no effort. There is no doing anything. Right in the midst of our daily life, by untethering yourself from the bondage of your psyche, you actually have the ability to steal freedom for your soul…….Michael Singer

do you ever really understand where you are in time and space? ever really know how it’s going? how is this life going? how can we attune to compassionate silence?

take your shoes off & feel your journey…

Taking off your shoes is a sacred ritual. It is a hallowed moment of remembering the goodness of space and time. It is a way of celebrating the holy ground on which you stand. If you want to be a child of wonder, cherish the truth that time and space are holy. What is important is that you are alive the holy ground on which you stand and to the holy ground that you are……Macrina Wiederkehr

  1. “The wind longs to play with your hair and the Earth delights to feel your feet” – Gibran
When we take a moment to reflect that we are hurtling through space at 18,000 mile an hour, that the solar system is spiraling through the galaxy and the galaxy is one of untold star systems we begin to feel how miraculous is our presence

    • To simply be in this vast mystery, just for a moment, is a beautiful heart-opening gift…..our beautiful earth, our friend……thanks for this perspective on knowing the vastness by simply feeling the wind….blessings g.f.s….
