be still and mourn

How can we mindfully navigate this life? At this time, we are, as the first chairman of the joint chiefs of staff [Omar Bradley] said, “a world of nuclear giants and ethical infants.” Can we foster a sense of interconnection with all life on this earth?

There is a requirement for us as a humanity to develop a sense of interconnection with life on this earth, a deep compassion, and a kind of wisdom as a species. Remember your capacity to live with an awake and compassionate heart.
