What we call the beginning is often the end

And to make an end is to make a beginning.

The end is where we start from.

and you mustn’t expect to live well all in one go ’round…..

inquiry for today~   mindfulness, aside from being a buzz word, may be the heart of all your most complete and revealing beginnings…..

you can still be kind

It’s true that people are multifaceted and often adapt their character to suit certain situations, but stepping out of he identity and removing the mask you have donned to protect yourself is essential to well-being. To be at one with your whole self is to live a life more complete and a life more authentic, for yourself and others.

You have to want to do it and that means learning to love yourself again and letting go of a meticulously designed defense system. To reveal your true nature means to embrace vulnerability and all that you feel necessary to hide in the first place and, perhaps, confront some of the negative choices you might have made while living a life so far removed from your authentic self. Fortunately, through mindful practice, acts of power and raised awareness, it’s possible to remember and love the real you without shame or struggle.
