Humanity, take a good look at yourself. Inside, you’ve got heaven and earth, and all of creation.
You’re a world- everything is hidden in you.
~Hildegard of Bingen
the kindness of the moment strikes in truth….
inquiry for today~ may you linger in borrowed time….
It’s not that I don’t trust anymore; I am just more mindful of expectations.
Being this way (in mindfulness) keeps disappointment at a minimum-
and if someone doesn’t follow through or miss-speaks, the implication is a non-issue.
Humans are human.
If they are in our inner circle, be inclined to find a sensible reason for the situation instead of an accusation.
And while blood may be thicker than water, trust may be pulsed out by our knowing;
consider the whole for a moment- just a moment- and if it feels tainted and uneasy, logic it out.
Discernment is key.
It’s about integrity and intentions – without hesitation this is the trust line-
a solid boundary.
It’s futile to hang our disappointment on others-

Yes, it’s not personal, if only the world understood this!
