a Christmas Eve inquiry

the transparency of winter light

what can we leave behind?

nurturing the promise of solstice

inviting solstice into the heart

cataclysmic grace

move in the way of light

run hard, but run light

the crying & the leaving & the return

the essential element

from the heart of perspective

is life enough, simply as it is?

the unlearning of spirit

to come into one’s own

nurturing soul
