sometimes

waiting for quietude

to be lifted up

silence to abide

listen from the deep

looking for kind attunement

the folding in

how to hold it all

moving toward myself

how it can be

a little trail toward dusk

your heart knows this

what is helpful?

my heart

from the other uncertainties
