scampering through our muddy lives….coming clean

demystifying the descent

we carry our heavy hearts

nothing like a gentle nudge to have fun

a fretful balance between life & living

illuminating self-transcendence

from heart to tongue to a whisper

on the threshold of a shifting truth

an archetypal descent into sweetness

eat life with 2 spoons

re-surfacing our wild promises

a time to rise up & a time to fall down

glowing in the greening heart

loosening our non-dual heart strings

forget the preconceived dogma of soul
