bare feet
Author In Blue
bare feet
where grace meets at the end of the day
remember the first call toward a dream?
regalia of a life
this gritty road
can you be here for the long haul?
who to comfort?
the need to sit & wait
muddy truth
to eulogize our longing
the chaotic hum
wings that don’t fit
to make this day more loving
where the ground meets the green
from the grit of being
